Very clean and close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful with a great view. The location sits closely within short driving or biking distance for all shopping and miscellaneous activities.
Unfortunately the boardwalk was under construction to be within walking distance to the beach but there’s a pay to park public parking area down the street to access the beach that makes up for it.

Plenty of room, clean, great views
Was not able to physically walk to beach in a short distance, hopefully the gated community will add a boardwalk to the beach’s
