Hotel Du Flaneur

Exceptionally good service, kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, reasonably good breakfast.

Rooms slightly on a smaller side, but otherwise all good

The top floor room / suite was really nicely finished. Air con was great in the hot weather. Facilities were good. Good location with Metro station just outside. Staff were brilliant and breakfast very nice

The staff was amazing, very forthcoming and helpful - especially the woman at the reception was lovely, welcoming and there to help whereever needed.

The first room i got had something that looked like an old water damage on the ceiling, there was no wall paper on that spot and the area around looked a bit like there was mold/had been mold. The air was very damp in that room and I quickly made the decision I was not able to sleep there. When i went to reception to ask for a different room, I received help right away and they put me in a room on seventh floor. That room was better, though I could see that the water issue must be something that affected the entire hotel, because also this room had traces of it on the ceiling, though less prominent and it did not smell bad in the room. The stay overall was fine after that, but I still was surprised to have an experience like that in a 4 star hotel
