Too many rules ans threats of penalties. Seemed excessive.

The location was great, the flat had everything that we needed. Even a smart tv that we utilized to watch netflix. It was very clean and the communication with staff were great.
The shower was a bit tight but worked great. The upper floor was not suitable for anything other than sleeping I guess as we were hitting our heads but its cool to have. There was a sofa upstairs but because of the height of the floor we never used it.

La ubicación es bastante buena, en el centro y cerca de todo, perfecto para pasar unos días de turismo. El apartamento tiene los servicios necesarios. Y Maria nos estaba esperando a nuestra llegada para darnos las llaves.
La limpieza era muy mejorable en general, el suelo estaba sucio, la ropa de cama con pelusas, el microondas intocable por dentro.. tuvimos un pequeño problema con los utensilios de cocina y tardaron un día en darnos la solución, mientras tuvimos que salir a cenar fuera. También tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para dejar la basura fuera del apartamento (en Venecia no hay contenedores y no te dan la opción de dejar la basura en el apartamento y tirarla ellos) y para poder guardar las maletas también tuvimos que buscar un Store en Venecia, cargados y con un bebé, porque no las podíamos dejar unas horas en el apartamento.
