The location was impeccable, felt very safe coming in and out of the building. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was there, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was the biggest I’ve probably slept in in France so far!
My room was Mouverdere and there was the most irritating humming nose all day and night that vibrated the bed and the walls. The humming pattern would change constantly so I was unable to drown it out. Sounded like a generator from outside.
I’ve now seen reviews from 2023 complaining of this problem so I don’t think it will ever be solved. Such a shame as everything else was perfect but I wouldn’t stay hear again.

not too clean… have a look at my houseshoes..they where white when we arrived…
some more drinking glasses wouldn’t be a mistake
it was supposed to be smokefree, but there was a really intensiv odor of cigarettes
difficulty to access the apartment because of name change of the appartment, which was not clearly noticable
lack of instructions for locking the entry door of the apartment and for electronic kitchen equipment
we left a day earlier

The location is excellent... we took a TGV from Paris to Avignon station and then the local connecting train (5mins) to the city center. Exited the train station and walked approximately 10 to our Airbnb.
The bi-level unit was equipped with all the amenities one required. I only wished the shower had a partially enclosed glass door instead the shower curtain. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
No shower door. Not a big deal, just my personal preference.

The location was very convenient, everything was in easy walking distance. The area itself is being redeveloped, so you do need to go a little way awah to find the restaurants, but that wasn't a problem. Lots of little cobbled streets are fun to explore, although did come across a man relieving himself in a doorway which was quite unexpected. The room itself was small, but that wasnt a problem. The bed was comfortable and the hosts had made it nice with flowers etc. The check-in instructions were cle and the kitchen was well equipped.
There was a bit of mould in the bathroom, I think because there aren't any windows and people probably keep the door shut. It's perhaps a little more tired than the photos imply, but overall I enjoyed my stay, although as there's a cleaning fee, I dont expect to have to take out the rubbish.
