Centrico Apartamento Barrio de La Exposición

The owner met me and handed me the keys, showing me the facilities of the apartment. There is a corner store just across the street from the building where you can find the basics, as well as a burger store next door and a bakery on one of the corners. You can walk to either of the main streets and find what you need or you can call an Uber. The owner has been very responsive to any concerns or clarifications. The apartment is very functional for a short stay and there are kitchen utensils if you choose to prepare you own food.

There is no view as the apartment is boxed in from all sides with a lot of noise coming from the neighbourhood sometimes even until 3am. Also, sometimes there are people gathering in front of the main entrance, so make sure you lock the main door as it might be unsafe.

El edificio en dónde está ubicado es un poco viejo pero el apto está bien

El apartamento muy cómodo, tal como se ve en las fotos, muy céntrico, cerca del metro para trasladarse, nunca me sentí insegura.

Lors de la réservation il n'est pas stipulé qu'il faut remettre une caution de 100$ en espèces. L'information n'apparaît que lorsqu'on ne peut plus annuler sans frais la réservation. A l'arrivée, après huit heures de voyage, il a fallu attendre une heure devant la porte que le propriétaire arrive alors qu'il savait la tranche horaire d'arrivée prévue. Nous sommes restés deux fois enfermés dehors a cause de problèmes de clé et nous avons eu un problème d'eau courante. Placards, gazinière, Sol et murs sales, vaisselle très sale. 6 couchage et vaisselle incomplète. 4 verres etc... Le propriétaire a été plutôt antipathique et pas très concerné par les problèmes que nous avons rencontré.
