Radi se o privatnoj kuci u prizemlju, koja je vecim delom renovirana , lep dnevni prostor,, sa kuhinjom, novo kupatilo hodnik i spavaca soba, prostrano je , odlican WiFu, kablovska TV, parking u dvorustu, garnutura za sedenje ispred, dvoriste sa pokosenom travom,malo cveca.
Utisak da neko tu zivi, u hodniku odlozeno vise starih papuca, neispraznjen fritider, nije perfektno cisto ni odrzavano, stolarija stara, kvake ispadaju, beton oko kuce trosan, pojedini delovi namestaja stari, popravljani. Ima veliki potencijal, uz mala ulaganja i detaljnije ciscenje, bice odlican prostor. Malo je udaljeno od centra, potrebna su kola. Vredi za ponudjenu cenu!
