A wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at the modern architecture house. It was equipped with all items (all well known brands) you need in a modern household. We were impressed by the design and the cleanliness. It is also located in the centre of Valjevo so you have many restaurants and bakeries close to the apartment. What I also want to comment is the very kind owner and her sister. They were so helpful and nice. We gained new friends. Thanks for that 😊. We can really recommend this apartment. It’s clearly a 10+

The hosts were warm, friendly, welcoming, conscientious, generous with their time, effort, and regional knowledge, proactive, creative, and an expert resource for all matter and manner of things - they speak Serbian, Italian, English, and even get by in French . Property was fresh, new, clean, tidy, modern, comfortable, family friendly and pleasantly quiet given that it is in the centre of a busy town. Duplex apartment allowed room for online work in peace upstairs while others socialised downstairs. We were generously offered extras: clean linen, free underground parking space, regional real estate visits arranged for our own interests, owner's countryside house for our family party, opportunities to enjoy locally made products such as delicious farm made cheeses and sausages, rakija (fruit based alcohol), and jam.

The double bed in the master bedroom was slightly narrow, but both my husband and I are rather tall and big people. That certainly didn't stop us from sleeping well every night. Seeing as we had young children, we would have loved to have plastic child friendly dishes such as cups and bowls (we accidentally broke a few glasses but the owners were very quick to reassure us that such things happen and they didn't charge us - we left them a little tip at the end of our stay in good faith)

The flat is new, clear and functional. The position is very good, near the centre of Valjevo. Tatiana is very kind. She helped us for everything, she got us to the bus station by her car and she helped us with the ticket.
