Lokacija, cijena, sadržaji u apartmanu, komunikacija s domaćinom - izvrsno!
Kupaonica je skoro nepostojeća s obzirom na veličinu nečega što je navedeno u opisu kao tuš kabina. Kratak opis: toliko je nespretno odrađeno i skučeno, da prilikom tuširanja osim čitave kupaonice, otuširaš i dnevnu sobu kroz zatvorena vrata. Također, mislim da je potrebno malo više obratiti pažnju na samu higijenu objekta.

Ikea furniture, fantastic location, great view from balcony, dedicated parking lot in front of the building.
The water heater is in the bedroom, the shower space is really tiny, and the space is generally overcrowded with furniture. A dedicated parking lot is hard to get, but you can park in somebody else's place.

Lokacija je dobra. U dvoristu imaju malo igraliste za decu. Malo je sakriveno od prometnih ulica. Jako je tiha lokacija. Dostupan parking ispred objekta.
Stepenice za gornji nivo apartmana su jako strme. Nisu bezbedne za malu decu. Tus kabina u kupatilu ne postoji. Zapravo to je jedan mali deo u uglu kupatila pod kosinom. Bojler iznad bracnog kreveta na spratu.
