Without ever meeting the staff, communication was overall excellent with lots of helpful information and advice given through WhatsApp. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well-cared for. The building has obviously undergone serious renovation works so kudos to the owners for a job well done 👍 Location was perfect, we couldn't have been more in the middle of the action as a concert was playing at the plaza that night, right down our alley, so to speak ! The downside obviously was the noise coming from the streets under our rooms (people walking past and talking loudly and clearly large amounts of glass bottles being thrown in a bin). Overall, our one night stay was truly lovely, thank you!
