Walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay for our family with kids.
The basement room was damp and musty but we couldn't open the windows to air it out because the bug screens were in disrepair. It's summer so there are quite a lot of bugs.

The house was beautiful . The first thing I noticed was the record player. We started playing a record and we immediately felt like our vacation had started . We loved everything about the house, the layout , the proximity to the beach ( we could hear the ocean waves from the deck). The view was beautiful. The house looked even better in person. There was everything we needed, even a nice nespresso machine. We walked to the beach which is a hidden gem . Very few people on it so very quiet and relaxing .
Nothing everything was wonderful.

the house is not bad, comfortable, near the ocean
it was very dirty, hair on beds, cobwebs, cockroaches, dead bird in the fireplace, there was an unpleasant smell in the lower rooms
