It was great to arrive in a place we knew from a previous stay. Loved the welcome gifts of wine and biscuits. Loved the quirky pieces of decoration and furniture. A home rather thanjust place to stay.
The only thing that's missing is kitchen scales and bread knife... it's still the best equipped home away from home we have visited. Can't say we didn't like it!

Generous space, very well equipped. There was nothing we looked for that we couldn’t find that we needed. I loved the word and wonderful collection of decorations. It feels like somebody’s home, and a wonderful holiday home - not just a place to stay. The extending table is brilliant, an it allowed us to host a family dinner.
There wasn’t really anything - if I were picky I might say there weren’t enough hooks to hang up wet towels in the shower and bathroom. The wifi info in the email was incorrect (but we found the QR code on the router). Instructions on the recycling would have been useful (as in what goes in which bin). If we missed this, maybe point out where to find it in the welcome email, or have a folder with info somewhere obvious. We only saw the basket with local info / take away menus on our last day…
