Clean, lovely decor.
It is unusual in that if you book the whole barn there are actually two kitchen-lounge spaces: one upstairs and one downstairs. I didn’t realise this from the photos. It could potentially be let as two separate properties but I don’t think they do that. We used the downstairs living space and barely went upstairs but we were only a group of four. The bedrooms were good. Garden and views were fantastic. Nice space for cooking.
The lanes to get to the property and around are quite narrow but that’s just how it is in this part of Devon. Janet the host was lovely and friendly.

Beautiful location. The barn is very well and thoughtfully equipped. Two well equipped kitchens and plenty of living space. All beautifully decorated and furnished. A lovely garden area with exceptional views across to Dartmoor. Janet is a great host, very welcoming and helpful . We would thoroughly recommend.
