This is an older property in a rural part of France off the tourist trail. It has lovely empty countryside to the north and south. It is an ideal location for bird watchers. The house had a lovely garden. It had all the necessary equipment for a short stay. St Savin is worth a visit.
The house smelt musty on arrival as old houses do when shut up for a while. It was superficially clean but cobwebs and spiders lurked in the corners. We were requested to do the cleaning before we left and we left it as we found it - with the cobwebs. It needs more thorough and rigorous cleaning. The dishwasher and washing machine were in an outside utility room

Ruim huis, compleet ingericht, grote tuin, midden in vogelgebied, erg vriendelijke host.
Tweepersoonsbed was smal en 1.90 kort. Wel twee goede eenpersoons bedden.
