El personal que nos recibió me cobró un cargo extra sin decir nada. No he podido devolverlo. Nos dio la llave simplemente y tampoco nos explicó el funcionamiento de nada.

The location was incredible and number 10 was beautifully kitted out and the view is spectacular
I found the star, especially the Manager very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was probably the most unwelcoming we’ve had in the whole of our Scottish trip. If it wasn’t for that it would be a 10 out of 10 for us.
