Treat yourself and spend your summer vacation in this great little free-standing condo, in the most incredible location! Enjoy the OCEAN VIEWS from your living area, deck, and bedroom. One bedroom loft, one bath with a fireplace in the living room, and air conditioning, too! A short, quaint walk over a manual drawbridge in the heart of Perkins Cove!! Shops, access to the beautiful Marginal Way, trolley stop(s) to the magnificent beach, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and lobster shacks. Relax on the nice deck, grill out and enjoy this quiet area. There is also a washer/dryer located in the condo common area for guests to use.

Fireplaces are not to be operated, for decorative use only.
