Stay was perfect! Could park once and walk everywhere. Spent majority of the time sitting on the deck in awe of the view just watching the tide roll in and out. Beds are comfortable and condo was brand new, loved it all!!

Our family of four adults loved the location of the property in Perkins Cove and the wonderful deck view overlooking the cove/ocean, as well as the newness/cleanliness of the unit and ease of checking in. The owner was also responsive to our request for a lobster pot and crackers that were on the amenity list, but not found within the property. Our minor annoyances pertained to the thin floors/ceilings that amplified noises from the garage opener in the basement over the MBR and young children in the upper unit, as well as the limited necessities/basics available in the unit (i.e., no salt or tissues and not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for the week). There is no general grocery store in Perkins Cove, but we eventually found such a store in downtown Ogunquit. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time that enough basic goods would not be provided for the week since that has not been our experience with other weekly rentals. But, overall, we would definitely recommend this property for a weekly stay in Ogunquit!

Great condo right on the ocean with a beautiful view and close to walks on the infamous Marginal Way. Especially enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Perfect for a couple to enjoy Perkins Cove and beyond. The shuttle, which is just a few minutes walk, is a great asset to get around. You do not need a car and good restaurants & shopping close by as well as a trolley right away. Highly recommend!

Great, new property with no apparent bugs to work out. Spotless, well designed and well appointed. Directly on the ocean with the sun coming up (this time of year) straight out the sliding doors. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. I've stayed in Ogunquit a number of times, but this is the first time I've stayed in Perkins Cove. Beautiful, compact with shops, restaurants, the Marginal Way right there. I will go back to Seaside Serenity.
