The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street, which is accessible via Park City’s free transit system.

This ski-in/ski-out two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the second floor, overlooking Park City Mountain Resort with mountain views and plenty of sunshine. The condo features a modern, mountain design with comfortable furnishings and crisp white linens. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings Lifts are just a stone’s throw away allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

Maple cabinets and granite counter tops highlight the well-stocked kitchen. A breakfast bar with seating combined with the open floorplan for ease of conversation while meals are being prepared. The round dining table in the dining nook seats four.

Comfortable seating in the living room is situated to highlight Snow Flower’s mountain vistas while also inviting you to settle in for a movie on the 46” LCD smart TV. The living room also has a queen-size sleeper sofa and wood burning fireplace (wood is provided complimentary during the winter season). Picture yourself in front of the wood burning fire after a day on the slopes surrounded by one-of-a-kind photos of Park City’s colorful history.

With beautiful oak furnishings, the main bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with crisp, white linens, a 32” flat screen TV, and large windows on two of the walls. The private en-suite bathroom includes a sleek tiled walk-in shower and granite counter tops.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with white linens and can be made into a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice. It also has a 27” LCD smart TV. The second bathroom has new tile flooring, a new shower and updated light fixtures. For additional privacy, the second bathroom is conveniently accessible the guest bedroom and can be used as a second main suite.

For your comfort, condo amenities include: three flat screen TV’s, wall safe, wall mounted hairdryers and is designated as non-smoking.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
