About this apartment rental
This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 3 bath is located on the slope facing corner of the 2nd floor of building II overlooking Park City Mountain Resort. Out the door and steps away from Utah's best snow is First Time, Three Kings and Eagle lifts.
Enjoy 2 digital controlled gas fireplaces, free WIFI internet connection and cable TV with 3 wide flat screen TV's. Both bathrooms include individual heaters with a full size jetted tub in the guest bath. Bath towels, hairdryers and large pool towels included. The deck overlooks the slopes with cozy pine trees has a gas BBQ grill with a new glass table/chairs.
The kitchen has dark maple wood cabinets, granite tiled counter tops and back splash and new stainless appliances with slate floors with a pine dining table. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, en suite private bath and wall safe. All three bathrooms have been renovated with granite counter tops, slate floors and new toilets. The second bedroom has new captain's beds, one full and one twin with a flat screen TV. The living room has two full size leather couches (one is queen sleeper), leather rocker/lounge chair and gas fireplace with a large flat screen TV and DVD. There is a 1/2 bath in the entrance hall for guest convenience.
During your stay, you will have access to our complex free underground parking for 1 car with elevator access, heated locker rooms for ski equipment, outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Also included are a coin operated laundry facilities, conference rooms, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ with relaxing pools and jetted hot pools. Laundry Facilities, underground parking. We travel to Park City every year and love these ski on ski off condos. This unit was exactly as described. Convenient, clean, spacious and ski in ski out. The hosts are amazing and very accommodating. Loved this unit and would definitely return.

What an amazing location. Literally a walk out the back door and you were slope side as well as only a short drive to the grocery store and downtown Park City.
In addition to the proximity to everything, the accommodations were outstanding. It was well maintained, very clean and the amenities were well appointed. The owners have ensured that there is plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies.
My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Instructions for arrival were easy and parking was basement of the building. Skis were stored in a locker room with ski in/out right outside the locker room door. Because of covid, we sometimes skied back for lunch at the unit - very convenient.We would rent this unit again for sure.
