The Shellstone Cottage is a Newly Remodeled, beachfront residence with a private pool and private beach is an oasis for family and friends looking to relax while vacationing in Seacrest Beach.

This home treats you to three floors of porch and balcony views of the emerald water and white sandy beaches. The first floor offers a private bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a media room with an oversized, comfortable couch, a full bathroom, and direct access to the private pool and outdoor space. Outside you will find a grill, seating, private pool, and shared a beach walk-over that leads to the private beach.

The second floor provides stunning views throughout the day of the beach. The living room is perfectly positioned to enjoy your favorite movie or watch the sunrise and set. The balcony has nice seating and a table for dining al-fresco. The dining table has water views as well and can accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen offers barstool seating for 4 and has nice appliances. There is a guest bedroom on this floor that has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom.

The third floor features a master suite that is simply a retreat. Treat yourself to the private balcony to enjoy the best views in the house throughout the day. The master suite features a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanity sink. Also on the third floor is an additional bedroom with a full over full bunk bed with a full pull out trundle and a private bathroom.

- Parking for 4 vehicles. The driveway is shared with the home to the left. Parking for this home is for the right side only. There are two spots in the gravel and two paver spots.
- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
