Property Manager presents, Villa Menthe, a a vacation rental home in the Lake District of Watercolor, Florida. This residence is privy to some of the best views of the Nature Preserve that borders throughout the community of Watercolor. Enjoy a private pool, 6-seat golf cart, spacious home with modern amenities, and a vacation you will not forget when you stay at 126 Bluejack Street.

The first floor of this residence welcomes you with light flooring, oversized windows, and an inviting decor. A guest bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom is located at the front of the home. The open concept grand living space is perfect for the whole family to gather around. From the cozy living room into the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, you will find a stylish dining table that offers seating for 8 guests. Off of the kitchen is the laundry and a half bathroom.

At the top of the second floor is a bunk nook with two twin over twin beds (please note there is not a door for the bunk nook). There is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and shared access to the hall bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom offers a queen size bed and private bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, and access to the balcony. On the balcony you are treated to a ping pong table, bed swing, a fireplace, and stunning views of the Nature Preserve.

The third floor has an open space perfect for the teens or littles to truly enjoy themselves.

The outdoor space of this home is just as grand as the interior. First, enjoy a swim in the private pool (that can be heated for $50/day) or soak in the sitting spa. Next is a covered sitting space with plush seats gathered around the fireplace. Lastly is the grill that is perfect for those summer meals!

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
