Start your vacation off by relaxing on the wooden front porch that is complete with a charming porch swing. This home is a first time rental furnished with warm walnut floors, shiplap walls, and prestigious decor. No detail was overlooked in the gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a wine cooler, and a gorgeous marble island perfect for mealtime. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room provide plenty of space but allows you to stay connected with your guest. The first floor bedroom features a beautifully designed space with a king size mattress and ensuite bathroom. Unwind on the covered deck with pleasant, scenic views of the backyard, or enjoy an afternoon snack on the grill. - Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through a specific vendor and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Vendor information provided upon booking.
