While the layout was great and fit our family, the cleanliness of the home was poor when we arrived. We had 6 adults and 3 children 9, 5 and 3. Kitchen floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned around the stove and refrigerator. Master BR shower floor also needed a deep clean. Found miscellaneous food and toys under sofas and chairs as we were looking for a child’s shoes.

Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. Really nicely maintained . The 3 king bedrooms, all en-suite and the third floor set up worked out perfectly. The home had a variety of common areas where we could meet and some nice spaces to get away. Golf cart was a nice feature as were the passes to Water Color pools and Beach Club. On site management communicated well and when we did have a small issue with the pool heater, responded promptly and thoroughly. Really an excellent experience. At airport now and simply Hate to Leave.

Enjoyed the stay. One of the closets was a little small and could not get a baby pack-n-play in it. Had to improvise use the bathroom which worked.
First floor a/c struggled a little to keep cool, but stayed relatively pleasant. Second and third floor a/c worked well.
Other than that, great place to stay and would recommend.

Our family of 10 (aged 18 mos to 56) had a great stay at this place. The house and property are beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend.
