Upon entry, you notice the open layout of this townhome. The kitchen flows to the living area, and your sliding doors open to a private lanai where you can look right out onto a golf course at Waikoloa Beach.
The kitchen has granite countertops with upgraded appliances. Keep the chef company by relaxing on the bar stools with a tropical drink. The dining area has a sit-down table and a beautiful chandelier. The high cathedral ceilings give you an open feel to the layout.
Relax in the living room on the cozy couch and watch a show on the smart television or read a book. You will love the lanai where you can watch the golfers golf and enjoy a cup of Kona Coffee in the morning.
The primary suite is located off the living room with a California king bed and smart television. Plenty of space to unpack your things in the chested drawers or walk-in closet in the bathroom.
