Aloha and come stay in our Large Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa with Fairway Views and near pool!!
Explore our Island of Hawaii, from Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.
About our villa, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa, with garage and extra reserved stall located in Waikoloa Colony Villas in the Waikoloa Resort. Large kitchen, dining room table for 6 and open living room with a large screen tv. A half bath is located near entry way. Lanai is right off the living room with seating for 4 for your outdoor meals.
Upstairs is 2 guest bedrooms; the first guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed. And a full bathroom next to guest bedroom. The end of the hallway is the master suite with a large screen tv, large master closet and a full master bathroom. Master bedroom also has a lanai that overlooks the fairway views. For parking, you will have access to garage and also a reserved parking stall. Villa is also in walking distance to 1 of 2 pools and tennis courts located in the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
Waikoloa Beach Resort is a destination resort centrally located on the Kohala Coast 18 miles north of Kona Airport. It is designed around beautiful, palm-studded Anaehoomalu Bay or A Bay, The Waikoloa golf courses and two shopping, restaurants and entertainment centers - The Queens Market Place and The King Shops.
Anaehoomalu Bay offers a pristine sandy beach with sports activities and rentals, shoreline paths, a giant turtle refuge and ancient royal fishponds, 5 minutes away.

EXCELLENT. Michelle from the property management company was responsive to all my inquiries from the time I rented the unit until check out. This property is absolutely beautiful with plentiful living spaces. Bedrooms upstairs so easy to rest if family is up late in living area. The location of the property convenient and very secure. Would rent this unit again.

Everything we needed! Nice spacious 3 bedrooms 2 baths! With all the kitchenwares, beach umbrellas chairs n cooler definitely came in handy!
Tight squeeze for the Expedition but it just made it in with the move of some things into the unit.

My husband is a retired US diplomat and we have stayed and traveled all over the world. We travel to Hawaii to see family every year and rent condos at either Waikoloa and Mauna Lani.
We had a very pleasant stay at unit 1305. The condo is very comfortable, roomy and well-maintained. It is in a perfect location. We were overall happy with our rental.
Feel that there are a number of areas where improvements can be implemented to make a one's stay better.
1. The number of labels posted all over the condo with dos and don'ts were
too numerous. It does not promote a friendly or positive feeling. 2. The water temperature of the shower could be upped -water was too lukewarm. 3. The refrigerator needs to be recalibrated. Food placed on the back of the shelves froze. 4. The lack of available parking spaces was frustrated. We have family living in the area and there was no where for them to park when they came over for short visits.
Would suggest a guest book where people can make comments about their stay. Also, perhaps a short welcome note via text or email from Kohala Coast Properties upon the arrival of renters to promote the aloha spirit would be nice.
