As you enter, you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan! The kitchen has been nicely updated and is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. With a quaint dining area and seating for four. The breakfast bar offers additional seating.
The welcoming living area is a great place to kick up your feet and relax on the brand new (4/2024) sofa after a fun-filled day on Maui! Large flat-screen TV and window unit air conditioning complete this open living space. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to a private lanai, with outdoor dining.
The Primary suite closes off perfectly from the living area. Boasting floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that provide access to a private lanai. Drift off to sleep in the cozy King bed. The Primary suite also has a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. There is a full bath with a shower just off the Primary bedroom.
Washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.
This spacious unit is the perfect set up for families with older children or couples traveling together, with one half being a studio suite that can be locked off from the main unit.
This studio suite, or second bedroom, has a King bed, window AC, a small refrigerator, and a private lanai to enjoy a beautiful Maui morning. The bath offers an exquisite tile walk-in shower.
Maui Banyan is an enchanting property with 9 acres of lush tropical grounds, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, gas BBQ's, tennis court, and covered parking. This highly desired property is located right across the street from the very popular Kamaole Beach II. Spend your days soaking up the sun, snorkeling, surfing, or Whale watching (During Season December through mid-April).
