Very good vacation spot
Good location, halfway between beach and Congres Center where events happen. And now with air conditioning which helps reduce humidity levels, making air more breathable. Also nice property. You can play ping pong or go to the swimming pool.
Internet availability inside the apartment not easy. 4g signal, even if present, not reliable even when outside. From time to time it may stop working for a couple of seconds or become pretty slow. Too many tourists using the mobile network for internet maybe. There's wifi access in kitchen if mobile networks become too slow. Or should go out for better wifi signal. An additional wifi extender in the property premises might help to increase the internet coverage.

Very pleasant stay
Overall, much less busy than staying directly in Cannes. The location is perfect for visits to Cannes, Antibes and Nice in one direction and the Esterel Mountains, St. Tropez and the Verdon Gorge in the other direction. For relaxing days in between, the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. And for daily errands, the next supermarket is also just a 10-minute walk away, which is well equipped and has long opening hours also on Sundays. Apart from the surrounding traffic of the two main roads and the airport, the residence itself is very quiet and has a familial touch. The landlady/manageress Sarah is extremly friendly, helpful and uncomplicated! She also speaks English fluently, which suited us given our poor knowledge of the French language.
Unfortunately the traffic of the two roads D92 and D192 is very noisy and omnipresent. The airport is also quite busy during the day. Although this was to be expected, it was still very disturbing, especially when you were having breakfast on the terrace in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The nearby Le Lagon Mandelieu restaurant can be noisy during summer, but due to our stay in October, we only had one evening of noise. Be aware that there are still mosquitoes, even in October.

Quelques jours entre mère et fille
Excellent emplacement, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la plage, et une vingtaine du centre touristique de Mandelieu. L'emplacement est le point fort de cet appartement. La terrasse est agréable. La piscine dans la résidence est très appréciable ! Le lieu est conçu pour des vacances calmes et plaisantes. Lits très confortables (y compris dans le canapé convertible). Sarah pour l'entrée dans les lieux est extrêmement accueillante, serviable et pleine de bons conseils.
Le wifi n'est que dans la partie commune (salon), pas de transats au bord de la piscine (uniquement des chaises), appartement au bord de la route donc un peu bruyant - surtout le matin- (mais néanmoins très belle vue sur les jardins, pas sur la route), appartement très vieillot qui mériterait un coup de jeune aussi bien en meubles qu'en équipement.
