Need more options to get luggage to and from the property

Property managers were easy to reach. Flexible check in and out. Great views.
Two rooms are separate with no access in between other than outside hallway. We travelled with 2 5 year olds and found it uncomfortable and difficult to have them in their own quarters at the other end of the property. Property was a bit challenging to find and access. Hot tubs were not kept and actually quite dirty.
