The town, the Berina Express way train ride, the assistance of the manager once we realized we had a problem with the keys access
1. no keys left in the safe location for us, but addressed after short time by the manager.
2. the walk up and down hills, from the station with our suitcases till we found the location (note would be fine if you owned a car. but I must say the Manager was very kind and offered us a lift downtown once we settled in. The walk down hill in the morning wasn't so bad but going up, a problem for us older persons.
