Great location, wonderful view, secure, comfortable, and well designed! Easy access to the centre of town. We were a group of five, and the apartment was perfect for us. We used three of the four bedrooms; the fourth bedroom is only suitable for small children. We'd definitely stay there again!

Communication for details of key location was perfect. And communication as to what time we would arrive was fantastic. I appreciate having someone to call as I was exhausted (let lagged) and my patience was running thin. The view was LOVELY. While the view is not of the town nor the lake, it was a view of beautiful mountain and the sledding track behind the property which was very cool. The floor plan was spacious with a large table to for everyone to have a meal. Plenty of patio space from various locations within the condo. Blinds were available in all rooms. It look is a minute to figure these out as they are inside of the windows/ doors. The kitchen was a good size as were the bathrooms. And underground parking was outstanding!!
The directions to the underground parking could be more clear as well as the directions to get to the garage door. The parking spot itself once I found that bldg garage was well labeled. When looking at the front of the building the garage is hidden.
The pillows were scarce. Only 1 per person and the filling was pretty slim in several. As well, only one towel per person and one washcloth per person. While there is a washer and dryer in the apt( bonus), it is hard to decipher how to use these accommodations for someone that that doesn't speak the language the instructions were in. Final comment is there is too much little furniture in every livable space such as living/ dining room and bedrooms. It made it hard to maneuver because we needed to open up our luggage and too much furniture made that difficult. These are all little things and nothing is a game breaker. The apt is still a fantastic deal.

The private sauna.
It was so dirty that we had to vacuum ourselves. That was after their cleaning. There were used contact lenses on the nightstand and hairs in the bathroom. The coffee machine was full of capsules - we had to clean it ourselves. The pillows are so old and unusable that we had to roll our clothes inside of them.
