Great location in quiet nook of town with a beautiful view and underground designated garage space!

Communication for details of key location was perfect. And communication as to what time we would arrive was fantastic. I appreciate having someone to call as I was exhausted (let lagged) and my patience was running thin. The view was LOVELY. While the view is not of the town nor the lake, it was a view of beautiful mountain and the sledding track behind the property which was very cool. The floor plan was spacious with a large table to for everyone to have a meal. Plenty of patio space from various locations within the condo. Blinds were available in all rooms. It look is a minute to figure these out as they are inside of the windows/ doors. The kitchen was a good size as were the bathrooms. And underground parking was outstanding!!

The directions to the underground parking could be more clear as well as the directions to get to the garage door. The parking spot itself once I found that bldg garage was well labeled. When looking at the front of the building the garage is hidden. The pillows were scarce. Only 1 per person and the filling was pretty slim in several. As well, only one towel per person and one washcloth per person. While there is a washer and dryer in the apt( bonus), it is hard to decipher how to use these accommodations for someone that that doesn't speak the language the instructions were in. Final comment is there is too much little furniture in every livable space such as living/ dining room and bedrooms. It made it hard to maneuver because we needed to open up our luggage and too much furniture made that difficult. These are all little things and nothing is a game breaker. The apt is still a fantastic deal.

The private sauna.

It was so dirty that we had to vacuum ourselves. That was after their cleaning. There were used contact lenses on the nightstand and hairs in the bathroom. The coffee machine was full of capsules - we had to clean it ourselves. The pillows are so old and unusable that we had to roll our clothes inside of them.

Tolle Family-time in St. Moritz

Das Appartment ist top eingerichtet mit 3 sehr schön möblierten Schlafzimmern, einem sehr großzügigen Wohnbereich und 2 fantastischen Bädern mit Regenduschen. Sauna und Elektrokamin runden die hochwertige Ausstattung ab. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage direkt an der Crestabahn ist sensationell und der Ort fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das inkludierte Parkieren in der Tiefgarage ist von großem Nutzen, ausreichende Aussenstellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Kontaktaufnahmen wegen Fragen wurden vom Gastgeber sehr schnell und sehr gut beantwortet.

Die Wohnung wird komplett durch ein Smart-System gesteuert. Hier wäre eine Kurzbeschreibung zu Beginn hilfreich gewesen. Bei dem angegeben 4. Schlafzimmer handelt es sich eher um einen kleinen Abstellraum, in dem Trockner, Waschmaschine und Putzmittel aufgestellt sind. Die darin enthaltene Ausziehcouch füllt den kleinen Raum. Das als Schlafplatz zu nutzen sollte nur als Notlösung dienen. Dies war uns im Vorfeld so nicht bekannt, vor Ort war man aber sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend um eine Lösung bemüht.

חבל היה לנו קרוון יכלנו לישון בקמפינג ואמרנו יאלה בואו נתפנק 2 לילות בדירה מפנקת אבל לא הדירה בבניין מגורים רגיל בקומה 3 הרגשנו הכי לא בטיול ריח רע בבניין מפתח בין האבנים בכניסה ואין אף אחד שינחה אותנו בעיקר לא הצלחנו להפעיל את האמבטיות עם הכפתורים המשוכללים בעל הבית לא היה זמין בזמן שרצינו להתקלח זו זכותו רק שהיה נותן משהו בהתחלה 2 לילות יקרות בשביל להתקלח טוב ולא התקלחנו כלל רק בסוף השהייה נסענו לקמפינג שילמנו כמו יום שלם על שעה והתקלחנו במקלחות ציבוריות גם הניקיון במטבח ובסלון היה גרוע מאד החדרים היו נקיים ויפים

הדירה בקצה העיירה בבניין מגורים רגיל וקשה לנגישות ואין מי שיקבלו אותך ויסביר דירה קשה להפעלה

Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons

Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu, la décoration moderne et luxueuse, le sauna, les douches à l’italienne, les lits hauts permettant de ranger les valises dessous, la taille de l’appartement parfaite pour six personnes, avec deux lave-vaisselle!

Deux plaques de cuisson étaient hors service, malheureusement pas de réponse lorsque nous l’avons signalé par écrit à notre arrivée. La domotique compliquée rend le simple réglage des lumières fastidieux (pourtant nous avons entre 25 et 40 ans… et de la domotique à notre domicile), et la tablette de contrôle n’est pas beaucoup plus simple à utiliser. Un peu de saletés ici et là mais rien de grave.
