Excellent stay. The location is really good, and the place had everything we needed. It was clean, well looked after, and very comfortable.

Die Lage ist ideal, man ist zufuss schnell bei Restaurants, Cafes und Pubs. Das Haus ist sehr gross und geräumig und auf saisonale und suitative Unnannehmlichkeiten ist die Vermietung freundlich eingegangen und hat Lösungen gefunden.
Die unteren Räumlichkeiten konnten nicht beheizt werden. Dies spielt wohl aber in Florida zu 95% der Zeit keine Rolle, wir waren da bei ungewöhnlicher Kälte mit Minustempersturen.
Die Gäste vor uns brachten offenbar Katzen mit, deren Geruch durch Markieren leider nicht ausreichend behoben wurde. Wir bekamen nach Reklamation aber das Angebot das nochmal jemand zum reinigen kommt. Das W-Lan funktionierte nicht immer, auch da bot die Vermietung jedoch Unterstützung an. Und man hört den Zug hupen, auch nachts und einigermassen regelmässig. Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört.

LOVED that we were able to "check-in" by using door key code rather than meeting anyone at a specific time (would have been hard to do with the unpredictability of traffic!). Very cute 2-story unit with two separate bedrooms was perfect for two interns to stay for our 2-week rotation in Jacksonville, FL. Clean on arrival with full kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, freezer/fridge). Washer and dryer in-unit! 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 half-bath). Street parking easily available directly in front of front door. Check-out process also very easy and convenient (over email).
Smelled quite moldy/mildewy when entering each time we came home (though cleared after some time of opening windows and likely a common problem in FL!). Initially could not find where to place trash but bin located on side of street behind unit. Also no cooking pans for the oven in-unit. (Though I am sure the property owner would have provided these had I contacted them and requested.) Listing stated strict quiet hours, however we found the neighborhood to be quite noising all night long (VERY loud train, neighbors, people walking around and talking, other vehicles, etc.).

It was clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen. Over all it was a nice stay.
Seen 2 cockroaches in the upstairs bathroom.
Extra towels would have been needed had we not brought our own. There was only one towel for each person. 2 for each should be the minimum in my opinion.
