Explore beautiful sandy beaches or vast moorland defined by forests and rivers – jump in the car and see where you end up. Newton Abbot itself plays host to some traditional local markets which are well worth a visit – pick up some locally made and homegrown foods to take home for dinner. Speaking of which, the garden comes complete with a barbecue and dining set, meaning you can rustle up alfresco feasts in no time. After dinner, head indoors to get cosy with a glass of wine by the wood burner.
