Spacious and comfortable apartment, perfect location (near to downtown, beside II. Hassan mosque, right next to several restaurants/cafes/groceries), fully equipped, parking place at site (in the basemand), and so kind owner (her name is Hewfaa).

The air conditioning is not efficient enough, but the hot can be managed with the fan prepared in the apartment.

The place was very clean and had everything i needed. It's in a safe locked flat near all necessities and is easy to find

The apartment is clean and spacious. It has a controlled entrance in the lobby and an elevator. The apartment is also fully equipped for cooking with everything you need in the kitchen and also has a washing machine. It was easy to communicate with the host through WhatsApp, but the host will only use French so if you have concerns about language barriers you might want to keep that in mind. The street has a lot of restaurants and shops, including small grocery stores so you can get everything you need right at your doorstep.

The apartment does have an air conditioning unit in the living room but there is no way this unit would be able to cool the entire apartment. We tried using it to cool the living room but gave up as it was weak and not effective. The apartment is also showing signs of wear and could use a refresh, but everything was working fine other than the air conditioning. The larger bed was also quite short and would not be good for anyone tall.
