Obiekt znajdował się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji: blisko centrum Puerto del Rosario, ale jednocześnie w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, praktycznie bez jakiegokolwiek ruchu ulicznego. W pobliżu znajdowało się spore centrum handlowe, gdzie można było robić zakupy. Apartament był dobrze wyposażony, posiadał trzy osobne sypialnie, w kuchni do dyspozycji był sprzęt i urządzenia niezbędne do przygotowania sobie śniadań i drobnych posiłków. Gospodyni była bardzo miła i serdeczna, jako przywitanie czekała na nas butelka wina i owoce. Apartament był czysty i zadbany.
Jedyną rzeczą, która zmniejszała komfort z korzystania z łazienki był brodzik prysznica, w którym odrywały się od podłoża i przyklejały do stóp drobne kwadraciki mozaiki, która stanowiła jego podłogę. Osobom więcej gotującym być może przydałaby się także zmywarka, ale to jedyne mankamenty, innych naprawdę nie było.

Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer, eettafel, living en terras. Perfect in orde en aanrader net buiten de stad in een rustig straatje met parkeergelegenheid.
