Квартира находится в середине острова, поэтому удобно было исследовать остров на машине то на юге, то на севере - расстояние примерно одинаковое. Рядом аэропорт. В двух шагах продуктово-хозяйственный магазин со всем необходимым. В шаговой доступности набережная и большой торговый центр. Передача ключей бесконтактная, что нам нравится: можно заселится, когда тебе удобно, не беспокоя собственника. В квартире было чисто, соседи не беспокоили. Наполнение квартиры по-минимуму, но мы в принципе дополнительно больше ни в чем не нуждались.
Была сильно продавлена двуспальная кровать и плохое синтетическое постельное белье. Это было устранено собственником через пару дней: собственник привез новую кровать и новое качественное белье. Но несколько дней все же пришлось спать некомфортно.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar, immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war schön. Vermutlich alles im Spanischen Stil zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles gefließt und keine Teppiche und demzufolge sehr sauber. Ganz persönlich und ohne es negativ zu meinen hat uns mal noch die eine oder andere Steh-/Nachtischlampe gefehlt. Immer mit Deckenbeleuchtung zu sitzen war etwas ungemütlich.
