La posizione, l'arredamento, la presenza dell'ascensore, il bagno grande.
La pulizia, l'assenza di coperte supplementari pulite, cuscini non utilizzabili. Inoltre abbiamo prenotato per 3 e sono stati preparati posti letto per due, la prenotazione è stata gestita con superficialità rendendo l'ingresso non accogliente. La culla messa a dispozione purtroppo non era pulita.

Il terrazzo, che dovrebbe essere il punto di forza dell’alloggio tanto da pubblicizzarlo nell’annuncio, è sporco, non curato; le poche piante sono secche, I divani inutilizzabili poiché impolverati e ricoperti da foglie secche.
