Mehrere Klimaanlagen, Schattiger Außenbereich. Sehr nah am Strand und eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt schräg gegenüber.
Gewürze und Öl zum kochen wären noch als Ergänzung schön. Ebenso ein Wasserkocher.
