herzliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin, Lage zentral, wunderschöne Aussicht mit Meerblick und Garten, Unterkunft geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, große Terrasse, herrlicher Garten, ruhige Lage, man wohnt völlig ungestört wie in einem Haus

Wow, what a gem. Lovely clean apartment in the old town of Milazzo (a town which we really warmed to and off the tourist track). Bedroom (very comfy double bed), Sitting Room, Dining Room, Utlity Room (with washing machine), Kitchen (well equipped), Bathroom (NOT shared), Terrace with Sea View and extensive garden. Host is lovely (lives in the same apartment block). So...practical information: Parking on the street (the host takes the reg number and sorts it out), Kitchen has a coffee maker (Lavazza Mio capsules), washing machine is new and easy to use, host provides mosquito tabs for in-room devices and external burners (tip: put burners at your feet when outside and don't wear very thin clothing, mozzies a problem in Sicily generally in the evening so also use a spray), local supermarket (supermacati sigma near piazza roma, 10 minute walk away, very good, deli counter, meat counter...and cheap), eat at Hostaria Don Ciccio (host recommended it and it was superb, five minutes away), three effective airconditioners in the apartment, very secure apartment (has metal shutters) and safe area, beach on west side of Milazzo is about 15 minute walk (nice, long and very quiet out of season, great for kite flying and beachcombing), port for ferries to islands (e.g. Lipari, Stromboli, Vulcano) is a 20 minute walk away, suggest getting bus for Milazzo train station if arriving by train or going to Messina/Palermo (pay by card on bus from piazza roma, about 2 euros) rather than expensive taxis, nice grey cat came to see us in the evening on our terrace (he/she likes ham, bit nervous but soon warms to you), huge castle (going back to Norman times) right next door and well worth a visit. Didn't need to drive anywhere in Milazzo, apartment is nicely located for everything. ...all in all, we loved it. Thank you very much Maria! Really made our first visit to Sicily very special.

Le gite est vaste, bien équipé avec une grande terrasse et un jardin ombragé. Il est situé près du château qui est le centre historique de Milazzo et proche des commerces.? La propriétaire est très accueillante et de bon conseil. Possibilité de se garer facilement à proximité.
