The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. You really get your money’s worth.

Communication in English isn’t possible. But there’s nothing that Google Translate can’t sort out.

I haven't stayed in a spotless hostel like this since forever. From the bedsheets thet smell so nice and to comfy big beds with nice matress, to super clean bathrooms and kitchen, this place is a real gem. Towels, slippers, everything feels so nice. The lady is also super kind, she helps you with everything. The kitchen has filtered water, fridge, rice cooker and everything you need. The common areas are so new and clean and comfy, my gosh! The whole place feels modern, true to the pictures. The rooms are soacious and comfy. It is generally a quiet environment. Shops all around, a big shopping mall just 10-15min walking distance. Location is amazing, 40min away from center with regular buses.

I liked everything. I checked out to go to one of the hostels closer to center and I came back to stay here more, that's how much I liked this place!

Very clean, very hygienic. One of the staff was a bit grumpy in the beginning but she is very sweet and they even keep my luggage . I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Almaty

No curtain in the bed

Было очень приятно здесь находиться. Хост Земфира очень приятно и понятно все разъясняет. Предупреждает где нужно. В хостеле поддерживается чистота. За такую цену почти нигде не найти такого качества
