Although smaller than i thought, it was enough for my needs. Everything was as it should have been with a good sized balcony/terrace with sea views. I knew the area very well so no surprises for me. Over the road from a few bars and restaurants with another few down the road. 10 minutes directly across the 'wasteland' (as i call it) gets you to Caleta or 20 minutes following the coastal path. The host, Luca is such a pleasant man, great communications and with a slightly earlier check in/later check out than stated. My only problem was a lack of a fan but nothing i needed to complain about for my short stay.
As mentioned, perhaps a fan could be bought for those hotter evenings to help to sleep.
