The apartment was clean and everything functioned as expected
There was randomly a smell (a mixture of old sea salt soaked clothes and sewage) but it only happened 3 or 4 times during the week (and cleared after 30 mins). The local area is run down and there's been little or no investment in maintenance for well over 10 years
