Prvo sto nas je covek odveo u stan koji apsolutno nismo rezervisali i trazio da otkazemo rezervaciju i ako to ne uradimo da mu ostavimo dodatnih 1000 din, svakako nam je apartman naplacen za 400 din vise nego sto je pisalo. Sve u sobi je bilo izlomljeno i neuredno. Sapuna nije bilo. Sa desne strane je krevet polomljen. Sve u svemu

Вещи которые нельзя делать НИКОГДА: 1. Хозяин не сообщил заранее, что апартаменты будут другие, не как на фото - так делать нельзя! Адрес другой. А хозяин догадывается, что об этом надо предупреждать? Я выбираю расположение из своих потребностей (у меня были соревнования). Я не знаю, какое состояние новой квартиры, хуже или лучше, но меня надо поставить в известность заранее. 2. Хозяин просит отменить бронирование на букинге, чтобы не платить налог. Я отказываюсь. 3. Дальше вообще цирк. В предложенной им квартире все выглядит очень убого, старо, но хозяин говорит, что эта квартира лучше и у нее больше площадь и есть ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНАЯ кровать (зачем она мне, если я один?) , поэтому доплати 10 евро! ЧТО???? За что? Конечно отказ. 4. И после пунктов 1-3 и моего отказа он еще додумался попросить поставить 10 баллов на букинге. За что? Я не хотел ругаться, а хотел отдыхать и согласился лишь бы он ушел. Но конечно это 1 балл за полное неуважение к гостям. В Сербии первый раз такое встречаю. Такие люди не должны вообще работать в гостиничном бизнесе, когда они не понимают простых вещей. Ну и для общего сведения: унитаз барахлит: вода струится всю ночь, создает шум. Не меньший шум создают вечно работающие часы на кухонной плите: шумят как ретро-часы. На кухне нет достаточной посуды чтобы приготовить что-то, например, нет кастрюли. Я уставший просто лег спать и ушел завтракать в кафе. Кровать вроде чистая и на этом спасибо!
