The apartment is very close to a friend of mine whom I went to visit. The location is very quiet, no traffic noise, all major supermarkets are close by. Everything is clean, all the household appliances that you would expect in a home are available and operational. and the hostess is a really pleasant lady.
In the summer, the two bedrooms are out of reach of the A/C unit so they can become warm at night. Also, the TV box could use an upgrade is it is a bit sluggish at changing channels or simply listing through them. Other than that, everything else is great.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and well-eqipped with furniture, appliances and everything you would need for a single kr family stay. I especially liked the "Panther" chairs.
Nothing that big of an inconvenience for the overall experience.
