C'est la deuxième fois que nous occupons cet appartement. Il est agréable, spacieux et fonctionnel. Nous apprécions sa situation en plein cœur de cette joilie ville de Dinan, proche des commerces, des restaurants.
Prévoir des bagages adaptés à la montée des trois étages avec un escalier en colimaçon.

L'agencement de l'appartement, celui est bien décoré avec goût ainsi que la propreté des lieux. La gentillesse des hôtes.
Les escaliers pour arriver jusqu'à l'appartement, il ne faut pas être une personne en mobilité réduite pour gravir les 3 étages, et l'insonorisation de l'appartement. En effet, dès que des personnes marchent dans le logement supérieur, les pas résonnent fortement !

Ne pas avoir été prévenue que l'appartement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur, avec un vieil escalier en colimaçon. Nous sommes septuagénaires et c'était très fatiguant surtout avec les bagages
