Nice quiet neighborhood. Parking behind a gate. There was a tv with some channels, a small fridge and a microwave available.
There is no sink where you can wash your dishes if you stay for a few nights (not sure if all the available rooms are like that but the one we booked did not have one) otherwise no problems. Would still recommend for a nice, quiet and budget stay.
