Overall a great experience

Nice swimming pool. The master bedroom is really bright and it has a nice bathroom. Very cool stereo system. Clean and spacious house. Free parking on the street (always available close by). Supermarket at 2 mins by foot.

Some useful things were missing such as paper towels or some kinds of kitchenware. The owners gave an electricity usage limit which ended up being enough, but it’s still not nice to be always anxious of every appliance you use because of the risk of exceeding the limit. The smaller room doesn’t have a closet and it’s rather dark, but most importantly you can hear everything from other apartments and it gets really loud as there were lots of children in the building.

Great stay

The price at mid/high season time was great. Owners were very welcoming, helpful, responsive and patient. Great swimming pool. Facilities of the apartment were reasonable and were satisfactory for a week stay. If owning a car, only 10min away from nearest beach, which is wide,sandy and perfect for kids and families. Two bathrooms (one with bath), that was great comfort. Lots of towels. Good WiFi, air conditioning, laundry machine and baby bed were a plus. Sound system with Bluetooth. Kitchen well stocked with kitchenware and tableware. Parking in the street,quite full ,but normally possible to find a spot in vicinity. Chinese restaurant down the street. Mercadona, Lidl and couple other small supermarket short walking distance away.

Despite the shortcommings, we had a very nice stay and helpfulness and kindness of owners made the big part of it. Nevertheless... The kitchen has no basic pantry items,so be prepared with your own oil, spices, coffee etc. . Bed mattress in the master bedroom is incredibly soft, so bare in mind if you have back problems. Child room bed has no possibility to lift the mattress so we could not install the barrier for the child not to roll out of bed. TV has no Smart TV options,only Satélite with Spanish channels. Cleanliness fine,but not pristine, as well there is a request by the owners to leave apartment broom clean, so leave yourself sufficient time in the morning to do some cleaning. Coffee machine was not working, kitchen window was not locking and laundry rack fell apart completely by the end of the week. Apartment is great but needs some attention to detail. Watch how much electricity you use as daily amount is limited, and if you use more, your deposit will be used. Air-conditioning not the strongest, but reasonable. Even though it may be the main "culprit" in high electricity consumption.
