We were a family of 15 celebrating Grandfather's special milestone birthday. We were very happy with the property. It was spacious, functional, neat, tidy and exceptionally clean throughout. There is a large master bedroom suite on the lower floor which was exceptional. It contained its own library, bar fridge, fireplace, huge mounted TV and comfortable seating. It is accessible from the front porch or internally by a Hollywood style, wrought iron winding staircase. The main first floor contains all the bedrooms with a large bathroom and a decent sized sauna. Second floor is an open space with lots of windows containing a large kitchen (all amenities included for a large group), extra large dining table with 12 seats and a spacious living area including Smart TV and two large comfortable leather sofas. There was also a bathroom on this floor with a shower. This leads out to a very large deck containing the Barbecue, table and many chairs for outdoor dining. There was a huge lawn all around the house containing a firepit with a forested area behind. There was a small deck on the front porch entryway with a table and chairs. There is a list of things to bring in the online Welcome Information kit, but honestly we didn't need most of them...... everything was there. Oh and there is another large fridge/freezer in the mud room on the main floor entryway with a storage area for coats and shoes and bags. We were very happy with everything. And tons of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths were provided. We need to give a shout out to the Virtual Host, Chris, who answered all our questions on the phone, prior to our arrival. He was incredibly helpful and supportive. Best thing too is the location.... it is a 5 - 15 minute leisurely drive to ALL the attractions in the area, including Collingwood.

Perfect accommodation for a large group. The dining room table sat everyone comfortably.

Not a dislike. More of a recommendation. Keurig coffee maker.
