Very convenient and accommodating with friendly staff

The location was convenient for a basketball tournament our team had. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. They had us grouped together which made organising our days easier. The facilities provided the essentials for relaxing between matches and overnight!

In my room, there was a TV mounted on the wall with a power button light that would shine quite bright in the dark. I tried to find a way to turn off the TV completely, but since it was mounted I couldn’t find a way. This just meant I found it a little hard getting to sleep at points throughout some nights - minor issue!

The simplicity

Bath was marked. Breakfast was very simple. No coffee/tea facilities. Towels quite small. Bed linen short.

Incomplete awaiting refund would not recommend stay away

The Property is very cold. Heating does not work properly. There is remnants of old air heating system in the rooms these vents blow in cold air and dust. It is incredibly difficult to believe that this is rated as three stars there wasn’t even a kettle in the room. as a family, it was a mistake booking there and I took my family and left , explained that this would not be a suitable accommodation for my family to the nice gentleman at reception, I would not recommend this property. I’m currently awaiting a refund We I understand the hotel was not keen to provide. Definitely would not recommend.

Extremely old and worn rooms

Breakfast was pretty good especially compared to the room

Room was extremely old and worn. There were no towels nor soap in the room. Had to go down to reception. I was not able to officially check in (as internet connection failed) but 12 hours later could also not officially check out (as internewt connection was still down)

Ideal for the night before picking up a hire from "Roadsurfer" - you can walk to depot. Eat all you can buffet restaurant next door a major bonus.

A great overnight stay before Paris

Clean and spacious. Good facilities and very accommodating. Both members of staff, morning and evening were really lovely and helpful. Great value for money on our overnight before Paris on bikes. Would recommend

Helpful staff, very clean. Shower worked well. Good towels and bedding They do publicise there is no Aircon so opening a window in a ground floor room could be risky but at least you know beforehand

Not very walkable environment. The RER station is 20 mins away but the environment is not built for pedestrians. Not always with pavements or safe crossings. Only junk food nearby if you have to sat for lunch or dinner. Good breakfast for the price at hotel

Location was where I wanted it not far from the airport, breakfast was good for the money

The room I had I could not open the window as it is on the flight path of the airport, no air con in the room so very hot night, lights on the bed did not work so had to turn of at main switch

Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Rooms are OK. Hardly any noise from the planes departing CDG. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. We stayed only 1 night on route to the South of France.

No airco (despite it being mentioned in the text). Room was completely different from photos. We booked 3x triple room, got 1x triple, 1x double. Breakfast was only 1 per room so we had to pay a lot extra. Neighbourhood is very very poor and daunting, did not feel safe walking around.

Avoid!

The hotel was relatively close to Charles de Gaulle airport.

This hotel is so dated and decrepit, it can only be improved by being knocked down. The staff were friendly, and you could tell the cleaner had made an effort - but the room was so tired (with mold, stains, a large hole in the bathroom door, a broken thermostat hanging off the wall, and a shower door wouldn’t shut) that is really wasn’t fit for habitation. We could live with the fact there was no A/C, but there also seemed to be no ventilation other than to open a large window facing directly onto the motorway.

Not worth for the money

The reception people were quite nice, breakfast was available (they had fresh orange Juice and tasty yogurt) and there was a lift to reach the floor. The room and bathroom were quite spacious.

The bed was as hard as beton. Very uncomfortable. The shower head was leaking and spraying water all over. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The tv remote didn't work. Breakfast was very poor. No ham and only one soft of cheese. No fresh fruits, only tinned ones.

Cheap and easy alternative to paris central

I used as cheap alternative to paris. 10min walk from RER D rail station, that was very convenient 20 min to nord station. Hotel very clean and pleasant. Staff we great the lads at reception helpful and friendly. Simple rooms and breakfast. The nearby ghost town village was fascinating.

Goussianville Town centre is very unpleasant. But no one paid me any attention.

The property was clean with basic facilities. Located 10 mins walk away from Goussainville train station. Supermarkets on 5 min walk. Food options nearby. Polite and helpful staff.

The location next to everything which was nice, the bed was comfortable. Beautiful view could see the airport. The workers are really nice.

The toilet couldn't flush properly we had to flush it about 5 times just to get rid of the tissue. And water kept leaking of the radiator or walls there was lots of water on the floor. The remote barely working.

Think first!

Good personal. Everything is clear and fresh. Good parking place just beforehand the hotel. The territory is closed during nighttime. 25‐30 km from the downtown area of Paris.

The road near is really noisy. Windows do not help. If you sleep sensitively, do not choose this hotel. The breakfast is really poor.
