Summary

Villa Zitouna is located near Essaouira on a large plot of 1 hectare for a calm and serene stay, far from the air or noise pollution of the city.

It has a beautiful swimming pool regularly treated, a garden, a magnificent terrace with garden furniture, and also a barbecue with a modern design to share convivial moments.

In addition, the view is exceptional overlooking olive trees and the argan forest.


Accommodation

The villa has a private 7x4 swimming pool overlooking the argan forest and the olive trees. The view is splendid especially during sunsets and is quiet in the countryside without vis-à-vis.

It has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with private shower room and air conditioning.

The living room is spacious and is also air-conditioned and has a large 55" TV with a fire tv to benefit from applications such as YouTube or Spotify with a fast and stable internet connection. In addition, subscriptions to Netflix, prime video, and Disney+ services are included.

Finally, the rest of the equipment is modern and complete with 2 R32 air conditioners and quality thermal insulation to ensure optimal comfort in the villa.


Access

From the villa you need to drive:
- 18 min to the beaches and the Medina of Essaouira;
- 15 minutes to the Mogador golf course;
- 10 min to Ghazoua and its shops;
- 15 min to the beaches of Sidi Kaouki;
- 20 minutes to Essaouira airport;
- 2 hours to Marrakech;
- 3 hours to Agadir.

A "Villa Zitouna" point is visible from geolocation applications such as Waze or other for easy access.
