About this house rental
The house is located 15 minutes from the airport, 10 golf, 15 of the 10 city of Essaouira and the beach. Totally enclosed in a park, large garden, large swimming pool with young, terraces, sports equipment for children.
Quiet location in a runway near the forest, this place is perfect for relaxing, get away and enjoy your vacation. On request we can prepare meals thypiques.
Many activities are organized from the house. We also offer the option of renting your vehicle on site.
The house has two large bedrooms with adults with a bathroom and toilet attached. A large bedroom with four single beds (2 bunk beds) for children. A second bathroom with WC.
The general decor is Moroccan thypiquement, rooms and bathrooms are made Tadelack.
This home has many advantages for the success of your vacation.
At the request and a surcharge, an additional double room is available with its small bathroom. It is located near the kitchen, behind the garden. It is ideal for teens who want to be a little apart!
The shops are located along the track or or after this one! 5 minutes drive and 15 feet. Upon request, we have bikes to rent for your walks or just to go do some shopping.
Attractions: Essaouira Medina is a beautiful sea world heritage of UNESCO. Many ballads as well as on land in all the surrounding beaches are easily accessible.
Practice many sports (riding on the beach, golf, camel, sailing, kite .....) will ensure a fulfilling holiday.
Ideal location: Located a few kilometers from Essaouira, you get a very pleasant temperature, warmer in the evening and a less windy!
From the villa you are also a few miles from Sidi Kaouki the track! this allows you to switch between the two sites (Essaouira and Sidi Kaouki) very easily depending on the weather.
Sidi Kaouki has beautiful beaches that Essaouira less windy.

Xavier's property was an excellent stay for myself and 3 other friends. It was very big, clean, and had everything we needed. Communicating with Xavier was also very easy and he was always available to accommodate our needs. The place is located on a rocky road in Ghazoua which is a 15-20 min car ride from the actual city of Essaouira so be prepared for that.

The villa was excellent as was Xavier. With old growth plants, flowers in bloom and a large swimming pool the garden and outside were lovely. All the bedrooms were large and very nice and the kitchen had what we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The stars at night were breath taking and Essaouira was just down the road. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) spend 11 nights in Villa Boussa.Rooms for everybody and nice and functional bath/toilets. Big and spacecious villa and a huge pool. If you are looking for quiet and a peaceful athosmosphere this villa is a nice alternative
Sara, the housekeeper, made a delicious Morrocian breakfast.
It is possible to visit without having a car during the stay. It is 2 km to the main road and additional 1 km to a big supermarked. We recommend to shop the basic stuff at the local grocery store about 1.5 km from the villa. Taxis are about 30 Dirham from the main road to Essaouira (bus is 4 Dirham).
The best ever experinecend Hamam is the local Hamam Alkaram close to the main road. Approx. 100 Dirham for everything (soap, wash, scrup etc.).
A few recommendations to the owner:
Bicycles are not available, either fix this or remove from the list of facilities this also goes for the petanque court (it is present but not functional).
Nice garden but a general update of the pool area and facilities (new sun beds and missing chairs and tables) is recommended.

Un séjour tranquille loin du du tumulte de la ville, une maison trés bien entretenue et spacieuse, un accueil marocain chaleureux ! Malgré un temps désavantageux , les enfants ont profité plus ou moins de la piscine ,ils ont fait des balades à dos d'ânes ,rencontré djinn le chien ,découvert maman et bébé tortue dans le jardin ! Des propriétaires présent pour tout conseils et trés sympathiques, amoureux du Maroc ! Nous reviendrons sûrement !
