About this house rental
We rent this family cottage located in the heart of the Chartreuse in the months of May, June, July and August
Accommodation of 140m2 renovated to new in an old charterhouse barn. Located on the first floor with direct access to the garden. The first floor is not inhabited.
Large open volumes, with mezzanine and velux windows
The house is composed of a very beautiful living space of about 80 m² (living room, fitted kitchen and dining room) opened by a large French window onto a beautiful terrace and the garden
There are three bedrooms, one of which opens onto the mezzanine and two bathrooms
Access is via a staircase or through the French window overlooking the garden
Parking is right in front of the house and the centre of the village of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse is a 5 minute drive away
In a very quiet part, about 2 kilometers from the center of the village where you can find all the essential shops.
For information, on the top of the field there is the presence of a telephone antenna deactivated since January 2024
